misnblu, are you going to use OEM's direct port adapter plate with the m45?
ive been looking at it for a while as well. my only issue with it would be using spacers along with the blower mounts to get it to sit correctly. well thats plus the fact that thers only so much room between the m45 and the frame as is.

I'd actually though about drilling and tapping the runners of the M45 from the bottom side.
I hadn't done alot of research on it yet but with preliminary looking at the the manifold, should be a viable solution to having direct port while keeping the nitrous injectors after the supercharger.
I've seen Marks adapter plate and it looks really nice but like you mentioned, it could get in the way of how the supercharger would be situated in the engine compartment.

It'll be some time before this is done.
I've still got to gather more parts for the install of the supercharger and that's going to take more time.
Were it not for proposed layoffs where I work, I'd already be purchasing parts but that money is now being used for that rainy day.
