its also got a j-body antenna, looks like sunfire se side skirts or possibly vert skirts and still has the j-body wipers/cowl.

There are certain bits that give it away when you know what it is. The interior is obvious, but I mean the shapes of the windows and the lines on the side of the body. I'm really just nitpicking though. That's a crazy build. For the province with the most ridiculous traffic laws, you Quebeckers turn out some crazy cars.

can someone please get some back seat, trunk, and undercarriage shots?!

Makes me wanna hack up the cavy drop a LS motor in it and slap a 60's camero front and rear on.

When I first looked at this post a few weeks ago I thought they just used Sunfire Interior on the GTO, but now seeing it was a Sunfire transformed into a GTO.
WOW. Nice work, but the car looks @!#$tier than it already did. From the middle of the doors back it looks like crap.
I think the Interior looks good, but that is about it.

The amount of work that is done is amazing! Looks pretty sweet! The LS engine makes me wanna see it run down the road.

To me where the quarter panel rolls under behind the rear wheel looks off because the j is very square and lower in front of the wheel. I guess disproportionate is what I mean.
If you guys want more info on the GTO, there is a write up on it in March 2013 issue of High Performance Pontiacs

I'm surprised this turned out as great as it did. The progress pics of it looks like the craftsmanship could of been better.
My kudos to the builder. Show him this thread!

I totally agree, the way they cut, fitted, shaped and welded real metal body panels rather than shaping it all out of fiberglass and bondo screams "shoddy", eh? Ugh...

If calling someone out on doing shoddy work, or saying you THINK it's shoddy work is considered "hating" how are you not doing to this guy, exactly what you're accusing gtp of doing to you? But back to what I said on the topic of(just like he just said), YOU calling this car shoddy work, it really is laughable. Again, they cut, shaped and welded actual metal panels and the final product looks smooth as glass with nice clean panel gaps(yes that makes a difference) instead of slopping a crap ton of fiberglass and body filler on it and spending countless days of man hours sanding to get a less rigid, more fragile, less durable product with a harder process. Sorry, but you really don't have a single foot to stand on to call a car done like this one bad craftsmanship.
