Don't know where you got $138 from...I was just saying I bought my struts and springs used, but since they didn't have a ton of mileage and they're quality parts I don't feel I sacrificed anything but I was able to save money compared to buying my same set up brand new. I have the Eibach Sportlines (1.7'' to 2.3" drop). You're looking to get the Pro Kit (1.4" drop) which compliments the AGXs nicely, according to many people on here.

yeah im proably just gunna go with the pro kit and agxs
I wasn't trying to talk you out of that. You had asked for opinions about getting a used set compared to buying new. I was just saying it was worth it to me to buy them used and save some money.

yeah i know you werent i was just saying what im pretty sure im going with i think just going new and doing it right is my best bet
Tim, I would recommend spending the extra money and just getting the AGXs from the get go. The GR2s are the same as the stock shocks and struts which aren't made for lowering. The AGXs are made for lowering which means they won't blow on you quickly like the GR2s would.
The 'fire looks so much better without the hood scoops! I am definitely looking forward to seeing your continued progress! Keep up the good work
!
The adjustable dampening on the AGX's is nice too. It lets you dial in the stiffness to your taste. I went from full stiff to midway on my struts and it was like night and day for comfort.
yeah thats what i figured im going with agxs and the pro kit
Excellent choice! You won't be disappointed
!

then some 17's soon after that for the summer wheels
After reading the description at least one of those rims needs balanced or is bent. Rims don't just vibrate and wobble, there's usually a reason. I like the way they look, but just something to think about. Could also be a bad tire but its more likely theres something wrong with the rim.
