Long story short I just bought a 2001 5 speed sedan and it doesn't have a tach. If I buy a cluster with a tach is it plug and play or what?

no. the 95 you have to get a 95. 96, 97, and 98 with the mechanical ODO swap, and the 98 LED ODO and 99 LED ODO swap.

no. the 95 you have to get a 95. 96, 97, and 98 with the mechanical ODO swap, and the 98 LED ODO and 99 LED ODO swap.

I didnt realise there was a period between the years, i thought they awere all camas, so it made no sense. I love the patience people have on this forum...
So that means there are 95 cavy's with tach's, and if i find one its a straight swap? just want to clarify...

I have the same question... If I have a 95 3 speed (Automatic) cluster w/o a tach, is it plug-n-play with a 95 cluster that has a tach?
