my fiberglass speaker deck,

well i started to fiberglass my rear speaker deck and ran into a snag.

the fabric i was using was to thick and the resin didn't seep through it.

this is what i get for buying walmart remanents at $1.25. i had to rip all the fabric offthe deck and start over costing my 16 dollars in resin and 2 hours of the day.

Solution was to say F***s to the fabric and go without. kind of like free ballin on a warm summer day. worked out much better just takes a little more time to get it all perfect.

why didnt you just use more resin or buy a thinner fabric?

frustration go the best of me. but it turned out pretty good. im looking forward to finishing it.

i would have used grill cloth for that.

that's what i was going ot pick up the second time but i am running on a bit of a dead line. teh interior of my car is getting done for my portfolio for when i applie to the design college i am going too .
