Ok, I just got this thing installed.
How do i use my own pics as backgrounds, and can i burn mpegs,wmv,avi....etc to a regular cd and play them, or have them playing the background ?? Or does it gotta be on a DVD disc ? Just let me know what kinda things this deck can do !

i got the avic n1 which is very similar you need a cd-r and make a folder on it called images i think and thats where you need to store any pics

On the AVIC, it's a folder called "bg" (standing for background). I just tossed the manual for my 7500, go figure. If no one has it by tomorrow, I'll post how after I dl the manual again.

Nothing in the manual about being able to change the background to anything personal. Since I only had mine in my car a week, I never played with it. Very possible that you can't change them on the 7500DVD.
