i installed my new deck with a harness from best buy. when i try to turn
the unit on, it opens to slide a cd in then shuts and power is lost. you can do this'
1000 times and it does the same thing. what is the deal. help me fast. please
Theftlock? Old VW's would do funny stuff when removing the factory head unit. Bad ground/power? Headunit, possibly? Sorry can't help more.
hmmm.....either that, or it may be (unlikely, but possible I guess) a defective head unit. Seeing as it's brand new, I wouldn't think so, but it is possible. What deck did you get?
Brakes? I don't need no stinking brakes....I have air bags
