Im replacing my 12's in my trunk. I have a JL 500/1 amp. I was wondering if anyone had any good suggestions for some replacements?

Infinity Kappa Perfect 12's
Depends on your system goals, budget, and how you plan on installing it.
Anyone who just throws out random speakers without any information is just brand whoring.

Personally with that amp I would go with the JL 12W6s they sound better than a lot of other subs around that size that I have heard IMO. But that's just me.
I have two JL 12W3's and ive been banging them for a year and a half now. Nice clean deep bass and they never miss a beat. Used to have a PPI 560 on them, after that ran an Alpine...Both those set ups were in my last cars ive since sold those amps and im currently running a 1200watt sony Xploder on them i bought of some crackhead for 20 bucks. Dont sound bad for a winter system.

i had 2 12" jl w3 d4 v2 on a jl 500/1 and that was the hardest hitting cleanest and tightest sounding system i have ever had and i have had a lot of different subs and amps. i would recommend the w3's. mine hit 143db.
i like eclipse titanium subs..my buddy has two 10"s..and...WOW
The W3's are good stuff.

I agree, it's what i have in mine. sounds great and alot of bass, but be ready for a long break in period and a pretty good sized box.
