Hi sorry to bother yous people agian I have bought some Octane R componits for my cavi. They are 70W RMS 140 peak, I want to buy a amp that is a little beyond RMS. Can I run a 2ohm setup on an amp with 4ohm speakers as long as I dont go beyond the peak? also what brand amps do you guys trust?

one: only if the amp is 2 ohm stable. Then, of course, wire the speakers in paralell.
Two: My rule of thumb is don't go over 50 W past the rms of the sub with the rms of the speaker.
Three: I recommend MTX. Great amps, low price, look good. Check e-bay, I got a damn decent one for $80 off there.
