WOO HOO.. finaly got my shyt working!

I think I did it right this time. When I turn the car off, the radio turns off (ran a wire to the wiper fuse).. Everything seems to be cool. Blew a fuse about 5 minutes after I went for a drive.. replaced and it seems to be good.

Running my iPod with iTrip (fm transmitter).. fricken awesome.

ok can i ask a question why in the heck did you run a power wire to the wiper fuse?

and not just use the stock wiring harness to safely power you headunit or better yet run a bigger guage power wire to the phose box cut old wire and put new wire into spot were the radio fuse is????

im just curious

Because 2000 and up harness didn't have 12vdc turnon in the harness since the stock unit used a data cable from the computer to turn it on.
