Custom Enclosure Volume?

Allright i want to build a fiberglass enclosure in the space on the sides of the trunk, but i dont know the volume...i'm prolly gonna order two alpine type e's today and i hope they'll work there so does anyone know the volume, i'm prolly gonna add the stuffing too to make it seem bigger so thanks for any help.

the volume will be however big you make it. if it's a sealed box, just roughly measure your area and estimate. doens't have to be perfect.

well it's really odd shaped thats why i didnt know how to do it...does anyone have sites on how to find the volume...i'm not 100% sure on how to do it....and r there any custom enclusures pictures that are fiberglassed in the corners like im thinking of...thanks

use water. or packing peanuts. or anything like that that you can fill the enclosure with and then measure.

put a huge tarp in your trunk and fill it with water

And if it's too full, most subs will let you fill up the box 50% with polyfill which can almost double the size of the box (the speaker will sound like it anyway)
