I am trying to remove the top vinyl part f my dash, and have followed directions on here to do so, but I am having trouble with the airbag area. I don't want to force anything yet, but the pad seems to be held on underneath to a metal support around the bag itself. There are 4 large plastic clips that are inserted in the metal, and these will not come loose unless I try to force them.
Should I just force them? Or am I missing something?
there should be two bolts towards the back of the inside of glove box, they go to a metal piece that is attaced to the top vinyl part you are talkin about
Yep, make sure you get all the screws - the bolts he mentioned are 9/32 hexes.
