Ok the spread sheet that does all the simple math out.I guess. I still dont see how that helps him figure out the voltage offset as every single car will be different.

Correct it can be different for every car, but does not mean it will be.
regardless that spreadsheet covers adjusting the voltage offset if the wideband gauge is not matching HPT scanner. Has nothing to do with what car.
