yeah how much works is involved on throwing this kit on??????

Anybody know how strong these lambo kits are and I dont mean the shock itself either. I'm referrring to the stability of the kit when the doors are open. Will the doors be able to withstand a windy day or are they going to get ripped off the hinge? Weither it be VDI, Decah or Chin Wah's , how stable are these kits that are out there for the Cavalier's.

Also does anyone have any video footage of the doors opening and closing? This would give us a good idea if they will wobble alot on a windy day.

Yep Joe is my idol - I consider him one of my very very good friends and its odd cuz we have never met in person (came close in Jersey though! just missed eachother by like 5 mins, lol) As far as stability goes with this kit I'm pretty sure it has been re-designed to be extra stable but if you get the kit and go to a show on a windy day maybe close ur doors for a lil while just to be safe.

The kit will be direct bolt on - take stock hinges off put new hinges on - of course its not THAT easy, it will take a couple hours and having a friend or 2 around to help never hurts either. You will have to take of your fender and probably do some aligning to ensure it does hit your fender and that it closes correctly but no welding or anything of that sort is needed, unlike some $1500 kits out there.

As for the 1994 Integra, no these kits are car specific and this particular hinge will only fit Cavaliers. The manufacturer may make them for Integras but you will have to contact Joe on that one. I find it hard to believe they would make Cavalier ones but not Integra ones. This particular GP is for Cavaliers and Sunfires only though but I'm sure Joe can hook you up for ones for an Integra.

JEsse, I know what you mean but if you look at it like that, everyone may as well get rid of their wheels and body kits too right?

Another price drop for 30 or even 40 more would be sweet, but a company has got to stop cutting into their profits somewhere, I know.
