I will get you a list together for you when I can. You will also need a high speed buffer and I would recomend practicing on another car first, you can burn through the paint if you don't know what your doing.

There are several factors...
1. (biggest factor) It depends on what color your painting it....some colors are just more prone to its glossyness. Orange is going to be shineier then lets say a sliver....(which is why my cavi is going from sliver....to blue and orange
2. How many coats of clear? (to many coats will cause it to be foggy so be careful)
3. Wet sand between coats? I help out at a shop where after every coat of paint, we wet sand it. It makes the final product look like glass.
